Shipping & delivery?

• We ship our orders through Royal Mail with a few different options.

• Free shipping is offered on orders over £50, this will populate at the checkout when you add - BLCFREESHIP.

• All shipping costs are specified at checkout.

International delivery?

• We don’t currently offer International delivery yet, however we are working on it and hopefully can soon.

  My order arrived damaged?

• Please email hello@brawliquorclub.com with photo evidence of the damage. We will (1) arrange a refund including shipping costs, the label will be emailed to you or (2) send a replacement bottle(s).

  Requesting & method of Refund?

• Please email hello@brawliquorclub.com outlining your reason for a refund and photo evidence if the order is damaged.

• All refunds will be made to the same payment method used when placing the original order. 

  Refund policy?

• Due to the nature of goods sold, we do not offer returns on any of our bottled drinks. We offer refunds when the order arrives damaged or we will send a replacement at your request.
